چکیده
In this study, the innovative dip-coating technique treated titanium (IDCT-Ti) implant with tetrapeptide Gly-Arg-Gly-Asp (GRGD) coating was investigated for its potential to enhance osseointegration. The L929 fibroblast cells were cultured in different concentrations of GRGD (1%, 2%, and 5%). cell viability assessed through 3-[4,5-dimethylthiazol-2-yl]-2,5-diphenyltetrazolium bromide (MTT) assay live/dead staining. surface topography nano-indentation analyzed by atomic force microscopy. hemocompatibility evaluated via field-emission scanning electron microscopy, while contact angle analysis detected a goniometer. Radiograph evaluation determined panoramic imaging. It found that growth increased had survival rate more than 70% 1% GRGD. mortality higher concentration IDCT-Ti coated showed nano-surface Young’s modulus similar human cortical bone, it displayed greater red blood accumulations abundant fibrin formation. As regards wettability, lower SLA (sandblasted, large-grit, acid-etched) implant. X-ray image exhibited no bone loss around at six months after placement. result, study suggests implant, GRGD, has tremendous likeliness

متن کاملEnhanced Osseointegration of a Modified Titanium Implant with Bound Phospho-Threonine: A Preliminary In Vivo Study
Implant surface topography is a key factor in achieving osseointegration. l-Threonine can be chemically and stably bonded to titanium surfaces by phosphorylation. This study investigated the degree of in vivo osseointegration of an implant with a novel o-phospho-l-threonine (p-Thr)-binding surface. MC3T3-E1 cells were seeded on the p-Thr binding surface and machined surface disks, and initial c...

Case Implant rehabilitation in patients suffering from rheumatoid arthritis (RA) has been reported an improvement in the quality of life. Implanttreatment success depends on many factors like achievement of appropriate osseointegration. There are many controversies about theinteractions between anti-rheumatic drugs and osseointegration. Moreover, the scientifc evidence regarding implant survi...
